Jason Kaminsky is Founder & President at bizjobz and brings over 25 years of experience in Sales, Sales Leadership & Executive Recruiting. Actively at the helm of the agency he built from scratch, Jason works both sides of the desk and oversees all sales and operations.
Prior to launching bizjobz, Jason was a Senior Partner at AOK Staffing where he was responsible for sales and managing a team of recruiters across the country. He also worked for leading corporations as Pitney Bowes Management Services, Ricoh Silicon Valley, IKON/NightRider, General Binding Corporation, UARCO and Innuity Web Solutions.
Jason holds his B.A. in Communications from the University of Hartford. He resides in Long Island and is married with 2 beautiful daughters. Jason is very active in coaching soccer & basketball, serves on the board at his alma mater, as well as, Pool & Tennis Club, and plays softball, soccer and tennis.

Fran has been very successful in identifying “the right candidates for the right opportunity”. Her biggest strength is networking and uncovering new opportunities to work with both clients and candidates.
A born Texan, Fran resides outside of Austin where she enjoys the tranquility of nature and family. Fran is married and has 4 children. Along with recruiting, she balances work and pleasure while assisting her husband with their Organic Vegetables, Chicken Eggs, Pork, Rabbit and Beef production.

Michael Levine is the Chief Recruiting Officer (CRO) at bizjobz working out of the corporate offices in Long Island. Mike has over 20 years of experience in the staffing industry specializing in a variety of disciplines within the consumer products, retail and wholesale business sectors. Mike has represented many high profile companies throughout his career and has developed a strong reputation for earning the trust of clients and candidates alike, has top notch professionalism and understands the culture of an organization.
Since 1991 Mike has been with a boutique search firm progressing from Recruiter to Partner where he’s responsible for business development and managing mid-senior level search assignments for a long tenured client base. Mike follows a “quality over quantity” philosophy to the selection process with an emphasis on developing long-term relationships and trust.
Mike resides in Long Island and is married with 3 sons. He’s a sports enthusiast and is very active in coaching little league baseball and can always be found on the sidelines supporting his boys on the baseball, basketball and soccer fields.

She also brings expertise within the financial sector specializing in FP&A, CFO and Director of Finance searches.
Having spent the majority of her early career in the media sector, building relationships with the country’s top consumer lifestyle brands, sports institutions and technology giants, Jen has an ability to stay ahead of the trends within the business universe. Her executive search and contingency focus is on the broad array of digital and media verticals including new media (adTech, adNetwork, etc.) public relations, agency trend spotting, and social media, while integrating it with her extensive media, business development and marketing background.
A jock at heart, when she isn’t searching for America’s next top CEO, you can find Jen out on the links vying for a lower handicap, or on the sidelines cheering her kids on while battling it out on the soccer field. Jen is a graduate of Northeastern University with a B.S. in Sociology and a concentration in Writing. She also takes great pride in her “blogging” and journaling she does during her spare time.

As President and CEO of Dataguard, Jon built one the largest independent records storage companies in the Northeast. With over 30 years of solid leadership experience in the business services arena, Jon has a complete understanding of his client’s unique requirements.
